- The entire contract between the Insurance Carrier and Me consist of :
This Policy, including any attached RIDERS, ENDORSEMENTS or AMENDMENTS, and the ATTACHED APPLICATIONS.
- Any application for additional benefits provided by Rider, a change in coverage, or reinstatement is a part of:
this Policy ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE RIDER, CHANGE OR REINSTATEMENT.
- Any change or waiver of any provision of the Policy must be:
in writing AND SIGNED BY AN OFFICER OF THE COMPANY. No agent has authority to change the contract or extend the time for paying premiums.
- If the Insured commits suicide, while sane or insane, within 2 years from the Issue Date, proceeds payable will be limited to:
a. Total Premiums paid
b. Less any Debt, and
c. Less the cost of insurance for any other covered person insured by Rider.
- In case of Suicide, the proceed will be paid to the Beneficiary in:
one lump sum regardless of any policy settlement previously elected by You or the Beneficiary.
- If the Insured commits suicide, while sane or insane, AFTER 2 years from the Original Issue Date, but WITHIN 2 YARS FROM THE LAST REINSTATEMENT DATE, the Proceeds payable will be limited to:
a. All premiums paid after such Reinstatement Date
b. Less any debt, and
c. Less the cost of insurance for nay other covered person insured by Rider incurred after the Reinstatement Date.
- INCONTESTABILTY. The Insurance Carrier will not CONTEST THE VALIDITY OF THIS POLICY after it:
it has been in force during the insured’s lifetime for 2 years from:
a. the Issue Date, or
b. the last Reinstatement Date.
- The Insurance Carrier will NOT use a statement made by You or the Insured on any Application to contest a claim UNLESS:
a. the Insured dies within 2 years of the Issue Date or within 2 years of the last Reinstatement Date, and
b. any answer, representation or acknowledgement made by You or the Insured on the Application for Insurance or Reinstatement was not true and /or complete, and
c. if the Insurance Carrier had known the truth, the Insurance Carrier would not have issued the policy.
- The policy of INCONTESTABILITY may be contested if:
there is NONPAYMENT of premium, where permitted by the state where this Policy is delivered or issued for delivery.
