- Contingent Owner
The person or entity named in the application, or in the most recent change recorded by AAA, to become the Owner of this Policy if the Owner dies before the Insured.
- Death Benefit
The amount payable upon the death of the insured while this policy is in force.
- Endorsement
A form attached to the policy that provides additional benefits without additional charges.
- Evidence of Insurability
Proof satisfactory to the insurance company that an Insured is an acceptable risk for insurance coverage.
- Expiration Date
The date on which all coverage under this Policy, or any attached Rider, is no longer in force, as shown on the schedule.
- Face Amount
the amount of life insurance provided under this policy. It is shown on the Schedule. This amount does not include benefits under any Riders or Endorsements.
- Grace Period
The time period n which an overdue Premium will still be accepted. During this period the coverage remains in force.
- Initial Premium
The first premium due in consideration for this policy.
