Yeast infection of the glans of the penis caused by: Candida albicans.

Initial stages occur within the testes and progress to the epididymis, where the developing gametes mature and are stored until ejaculation. New sperm take 2 to 3 months to fully mature.

- Azithromycin 1 g PO in a single dose or
- doxycycline 100 mg PO BID for 7 days. Before treatment, test the patient for chlamydia and gonorrhea.
