inflammatory linear verrucous epidermal nevus
Blashkitis (more eczematous)
Linear forms of lichen planus/lichen nitidus
Lichenoid drug eruptions
lichenoid chronic GVHD
lupus erythematosus
Koebnerized lesions of verruca plana
