A
- itchy, papular rash
- palms, soles, genitalia and flexor surfaces of arms
- polygonal with ‘white-lines’ (Wickham’s striae)
-white-lace pattern on the buccal mucosa - thinning of nail plate, longitudinal ridging
- may exhibit Koebner phenomenon (lesions appear at site of trauma)
