What are the privileges and any restrictions of a EASA CPL?
1.Exercise all privileges of PPL inc night qualification.
- Act as PIC or co pilot of any aeroplane specified in a type or class rating aerial work or private flight
- Act as PIC on a commercial air transport or public flight of any plane cert for single pilot ops
- Act as co pilot on a commercial air transport or public flight of any aeroplane specified in type or class rating specified in part XII of licence

How long is SEP valid?
24 months
How long is MEP valid?
12 months

A person must not act as a member of flight crew of an aircraft registered in UK if, at the beginning of the flight, the aggregate of all that persons previous flight times: during period 28 consecutive days expiring at the end of the day on which the flight begins exceeds 100hrs or during period of 12 months expiring end of previous month exceeds 900hrs
