Resign
Definition: To leave a job or position by choice.
Example: She decided to resign from her job because she wanted to start her own business.
Fire
Definition: To make someone leave their job because of poor performance or for other reasons.
Example: The company had to fire two employees because they weren’t doing their work.
Let go
Definition: To be asked to leave a job, often for reasons outside of your control.
Example: He was let go due to company budget cuts.
Responsibilities
Definition: Tasks or duties that you have to do because of your job or role.
Example: One of my responsibilities is to manage the team’s schedule.
Skim
Definition: To read or look through something quickly to get the main ideas.
Example: I don’t have time to read the whole report, so I’ll just skim it.

Example: Make sure you cite the source of the article in your essay.
