How do you subscribe to local data online?
Private subscription service which my company is signed up to
What information did you collate from LDO?
Retailer name, category of retailer, independent or multiple, number of stores, whether within High Street or Shopping Centre
What type of graphs did you create?
Pie charts to identify current occupier categories and recommendations to improve the ratios- lack of gym, F&B and leisure operators
Line chart to show supply and demand for each category- aligned with ratios shown and commentary from centre management team
How could a company mitigate data breaches?
Ensure they’ve adopted data security technologies such as disk encryption, regular back ups, antivirus protection, firewalls and disaster recovery procedures, comply with UK GDPR
What are your client’s data security requirements?
Ensure adequate security technology is implemented to store sensitive information within
Review data storage regularly
Do not share information with other parties except the Client
How did you advise your colleagues in using the data?
Each colleague had username and password saved within a protected file on Excel- explained location of file
Explained how to extract the data into a report which can be used to input into excel
How to convert this data from raw data to visual graphs
How would you present this data to gain maximum benefit?
Outline potential gaps within the range of retailers within clients schemes to help build on the tenant mix and increase asset value
