No, however if there were I would ensure that I followed the clients process for any tender withdrawals
How did you go about completing the tender opening form? What was included?
- I set up a tender opening meeting and invited the client and project team
- I ensured there was another professionally qualified person there to witness the opening
- The tender opening form included:

- Alternative tender submissions
- Comments
Once it was completed it was signed and dated by all parties present
How did the PTE compare to the tender returns?
- PTE value - £55m
- Tender returns ranged from £52m to £54m (within 5%)

How did you go about producing the preliminaries document on King George’s Gate?
- Used NBS software
- Used the pre-construction information and any relevant information as the basis of filling out key parts of preliminaries
- Produced a clarification schedule and issued a set of queries to the client & project team in order to retrieve the relevant info to fill out prelims
- Once completed I issued as a draft to the client before formalising and including in tender pack
