Once it was completed it was signed and dated by all parties present

How did you go about producing the preliminaries document on King George’s Gate?

A
  • Used NBS software
  • Used the pre-construction information and any relevant information as the basis of filling out key parts of preliminaries
  • Produced a clarification schedule and issued a set of queries to the client & project team in order to retrieve the relevant info to fill out prelims
  • Once completed I issued as a draft to the client before formalising and including in tender pack
