What is RIDDOR?
Reporting Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995
- 7 days incapacitation, reported to HSE within 15 days
- Keep record of all 3+ day injuries for 3 years after injury

Extended employers duty to ensure provision of appropriate PPE to employers and contractors
