Medication may be unaffordable in developing countries which has provided a barrier to HIV/AIDS treatment in African countries
How has global culture influenced people?
When people return from holiday they will want the same food to remind them of their visit which has lead t international food in supermarkets.

They own GM crops, farmers have to buy them every year.
