Leaders need people to lift up their hands, they need people who will serve the kingdom of God by assisting them.
What does the Hebrew word herem refer to, and what does it mean in extreme cases?
A divine war, God calls for the complete annihilation of a nation (burn and kill everything, do not take any spoil)
What is service for God about?
Is less about titles and more about function.

A ban disobeyed and took some of the spoil and hid it.

Spiritual victories
