What’s included in the ‘aims’ section in a proposal
- link to increasing participation
- must be inclusive and encouraging participation from marginalised groups
- linked to the development of an event , initiative or facility
What’s included in the ‘performance indicators’ section in a proposal
The criteria used to determine the success of the plan/proposal
E.g. total participation rates, participation rate from a target group, a reduction in crime rates etc.
What’s included in the ‘proposed activities’ section in a proposal
Must show intention to fulfil a need within society
E.g. participation events, charity events, social events etc.
What’s included in the ‘timeframe’ section in a proposal
An appropriate timeframe suitable to the desired outcome (realistic)
What’s included in the ‘realistic costs’ section in a proposal
Realistic costs that are suitable, affordable and believable to entice investors to fund the cause
What’s included in the ‘resources’ section in a proposal
Touch on resources needed to deliver the plan
Three types of resources
- Human Resources (staff available)
- financial resources (investment needed to carry out the plan)
- physical resources (facilities, equipment)
