This guarantees that “The State shall protect and promote the right of all Citizens to quality education at all levels, and shall take appropriate steps to make such education accessible to all.
SECTION 1 OF ARTICLE XIV
Declares that “The State shall accord to a free public elementary and secondary education by providing scholarship grants, earner loan programs, subsidies and other incentives to deserving and poor learners and by other means of enhancing the rights of citizens to education. It shall also manage and regulate, reasonably, all educational institutions taking into account regional and sectoral needs.
SECTION 2 OF ARTICLE XIV
The Constitution mandates under _______ that all educational institutions shall include the study of the constitution as part of the curricula. The intent of the provision is to make all citizens of the country
become aware of the provisions of the fundamental law and the principles if upholds. It is from these concepts that the citizens learn the Bill of Rights, social justice, citizenship and national patrimony.
