Orientation focuses on policies, procedures, and practices that promote, emphasize, or result in meetings. It is the initial formal interaction between a new employee and the organization.
Training is where knowledge and skills are shares to help people to improve their performance and learn how to use products or processes correctly

Performance reviews are a formal discussion between an employee and their manager to evaluate the employee’s work performance and goal setting. To create space for sharing feedback on an employee’s strengths and areas for improvement
Coaching sessions are group activities between a mentor and a coach to discuss performance, opportunities, short—and long-term goals, career development plans, or issues with an employee privately.
