Model B: Physician performs swallowing screening and request SLP as necessary
(tend to be less structured than nursing staff screening)
Model C: Model A or B FOLLOWED BY an automatic referral regardless of screening results
Model D: All patients are automatically referred to SLP for swallowing screening or assessment
