Describe the veraison phase
A
6 weeks after pollination, the berry tissue softens, skin becomes dark and sugars start to form

What type of relationship does acids and sugars have in grape growing
A
Starting - grape has high acids and low sugars. As the sugars grow, acid levels decrease
