To stop a debate without mutual opionon

A high ranking senator of the major party who presides over the US senate in the absence of the VP

The elections held for the senate and house ever 2 years
Partisans
Someone who is in favor if a persona and their ideas
Trustees
Someone who makes sure finances are distributed and used equally
Delegates
A selected person to speak for groups and their ideas
