Qualification of Voters are:

•a citizen of the Philippines
•Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age on or before election day
•Must not be otherwise disqualified by the law

•Must be at least fifteen (15) years of age but not more than thirty (30) years of age on or before election day
•Must be a resident for six (6) months in the place wherein you intend to vote immediately preceding the election
•Must not be otherwise disqualified by the law

1) Any person who has sentenced by final judgement to suffer imprisonment for not less than one year (1). However, he/she may reacquire the right to vote upon expiration of five (5) years after service of sentence.
2) Any person who has been adjudged by final judgement by competent court or tribunal of having committed any crime involving disloyalty to the duly constituted government such as rebellion, sedition, violation of the anti-subversion and firearms laws, or any crime against national security, unless restored to his full civil and political rights in accordance with law. However, he/she may reacquire his/her right to vote upon expiration of five (5) after service of sentence and
