Provincial Vice Presidents(PVP)
- plan and conduct at least one Provincial Council meeting in their respective provinces each year

What is the Provincial Council?
- a council that meets at least once per year during the LEAD Provincial Conference to consider amendments to the Bylaws or Ritual Changes

- the president or a representative of each Collegiate and Alumni Chapter in the Province

What do Regional Vice Presidents(RVP) do?
— guide and lead all collegiate and alumni chapters within their region
—identify, develop, and appoint District Directors and oversee their activities
—promote the expansion and deactivation of chapters
—disseminate information about the programs, goals and objectives of the fraternity
What does the District Director(DD) do?
- monitor the performance of each chapter in the District by maintaining regular contact with the president and/or other officers of those chapters
- work with the Chapter Advisor, involved faculty and college officials, to develop a good working relationship between the Fraternity and the college/university
