A

Increase
-Liver diseases- cirrhosis, hepatitis, biliary obstruction
-Bone diseases- bone tumors, osteoporosis, rickets, Paget’s disease and hyperparathyroidism
-Other malignancies- leukemias and lymphomas

Decrease
-Disease- Wilson’s disease, hyperphosphatasia, cretinism, etc
-Blood disorders- pernicious anemia, aplastic anemia, chronic myelogenous leukemia
