How does Christian education honor the principle of covenants?
A
Christian education is the process in helping others in covenant keeping with God.
– We are all created in a covenant with God and we are either covenant keepers or breakers.

Why should infants be baptized?
A
- Promise of God to you and your child (Acts 2:39, Genesis 17:7, Acts 16:31)
- Children are heirs to the promise (not salvation) ; Promise = I will be their God and they will be my people”

Why is catechism critical for Christian education?
A
- Catechism is a system of teaching the beliefs to someone else in a helpful/relevant language that is repeated.
- Give people a language for what they believe
- Helps elevate the ordinary > extraordinary and truth > experience
- People are always being trained in a catechis and being formed by something
