Fn: draw TM medially - Tendon of stapedius mm from pyramid to neck of stapes
fn: damping movement of stapes by tilting outwards the anterior end of nn: facial nn.

From cerebellopontine angle à internal auditory meatus à processur cochleariformis à bend at right angle à above oval window & below lateral semicircular canal à aditus àturn downward behind pyramid à stylomastoid foramen.
