Too (much), excessively
Very, quiet (sometimes also use in a shorten form as 넘 but only in very casual language
너무
Although the basic meaning of the word normal is too much or excessively in critical Korean, it also has the meaning of very quiet.
In the past 너무 was only was only use in negative sentences or context but it has gradually become acceptable to use in positive context as well.
너무 is usually combine with adjectives but it can also be used with verb as well.

To be expensive
