Q

So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.17For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever[a]you want.18But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
19The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery;20idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions21and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like.I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
22But the fruitof the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

Q

God, in His wisdom and goodness, created the universe and called humanity to share in His divine life through Jesus Christ. This calling formed the Church, God’s “family,” which has been gradually prepared throughout history, from the beginning of the world through Israel’s story, and fully revealed with the coming of the Holy Spirit. The Church will ultimately be perfected at the end of time.

Q

What is the point of the story of Moses in the Bible?

A

Even if we are not faithful to God, He stays faithful to us. His love and care never change. God keeps His promises and always supports us, no matter what. Even if we make mistakes or drift away, He always welcomes us back and remains loyal and true, never giving up on us.
