We think and act as Filipino because our parents brought us up this way.we acquired complete knowledge and understanding of our culture norms from our parents, teachers, and friends.
Culture are learned, not innate
We act of as a member of our own cultural group not as individual, because belonging to our cultural means following our cultural norms of the group.
Culture are shared
We sorrounded by a cultural norms that affect language, religion, basic world view , education, , technology and social organization.
Culture are multifaceted
Culture constantly change as cultural contact increases new technology emerge, and economic conditions vary.
Culture are dynamic
We belong to multiple, overlapping culture as we interact with one another.
Culture identities are overlapping
Is a form of culture exchange in which one group assume the belief, practices and rituals of another group without sacrificing the characteristics of its own culture.
Culture integration
Occurs when member of one cultural group adopt the language , practices and beliefs of another group , often losing aspects of their traditional culture in the process.

In which cultural diversity is encourage and valued as beneficial to society
Multiculturalism
Refers to the process by which individuals may take on value and beliefs of the host culture and accommodate them in public sphere while maintaining the parent culture in the private sphere .
Cultural accomodation
The right to manipulate the outcome of health , welfare and critical decision of protection
Leadership
A bipolar characteristic of being “masculine”or “ feminine” exist in the work force or or a family organization

Like wise of individual and group orientation exist.

Can change the standards of the culture.
Individualism
Whose emphasis the group sacrificing everything for the sake of the group can change the culture
