Medidas generales

A

Informar al paciente
Reposo
Evitar exposición al sol
Prevenir y tratar infecciones → activan la enfermedad
Profilaxis contra TBC especialmente ante dosis elevadas de corticoides

Px femenino con síntomas generales, artralgias, fiebre, úlceras mucosas, alopecia y lesiones cutáneas (fotosensibilidad y eritema malar)
