What legal duty does a person have when undertaking HRW?
A “Duty of Care” not to expose themselves or others to harm or hazards.
Under what conditions can you undertake high risk work if you do not have a HRWL?
Only if you are enrolled in a registered training organisation course and are being supervised by a person with a licence for the relevant high risk work class.
When must you apply for a HRWL after being issued with a statement of attainment?
Within 60 days
What written evidence can be provided to an employer before carrying out work that requires a HRWL?
