What is a coalition govt

A

When 1 party doesnt have enough seats to form a govt., they may work with another party to get enough seats to form a govt.
Eg- If a part needs 101 seats to form govt., and they have 98 seats, they will work with a party having 5 seats to get 103 seats and form a govt
