Petit Jury
False swearing.

Ad Hoc

Escrow
To release or relinquish a claim. A quit claim deed releases right title to another without processing validity of title.
Quitclaim
State of trial proceedings demonstrating evidence of previous witnesses as untrue; the evidence itself.

Written questions propounded by one party and served on adversary, who must serve written answers thereto under oath.
Interrogatories
A written notification requiring the person to appear and defend.

An entire panel from which a jury is drawn.
