I: Distal phalanx of hallux (big toe)
A: Extend the hallux and dorsiflex the foot
N: Deep fibular nerve (peroneal)
Extensor Digitorum Longus
O: Upper 3/4 of fibula, interosseus membrane
I: Middle and distal phalanges (2-5)
A: Extend lateral 4 toes and dorsiflex the foot
N: Deep fibular (peroneal)
Fibularis Tertius
O: Lower 1/3 of fibula
I: 5th metatarsal
A: Dorsiflex and evert foot
N: Deep fibular (peroneal)
Fibularis Longus
