A

Incorrectly folded proteins are detected by quality-control mechanism
Overwhelming working proteasome system or malfunctioning check-system casue the accumulation of misfolded protein in the cell
They are prone to inappropriate interaction with other molecules within the crowded environment of a cell (Protein-Protein interactions)
