  • 1st: is your businessprocess syntactically correct? (does it have start,end etc.)
  • 2nd: is it sound? Reachability? Does it contain path from start to end? Does it contain deadlocks/livelocks?
  • 3rd: Is it compliant? Doesit adhere to Laws and bylaws, Security, Standards, and best practices?
  • As a manager you are focusing on business goals, however these might not align with Laws and bylaws, Security, Standards, and best practices => balancing act
