Distributers enhance efficiencies as they reduce the number of interactions that are made between the company and the consumer
What is a Corporate vertical Marketing system
When a company purchases retail outlets to have full control over distribution of product
What is a merchant wholesaler ?
Most prominent type of wholesaler. They buy the product from producers and then they own the product. They don’t just transfer the product
What is a broker ?
Bring buyers and sellers together for specific transactions
What is retailing ?
Includes all the activities involved in selling goods and services directly to final consumers for their personal, nonbusiness use
