DEFINITION Project
A project is a one-time, time-limited, interdisciplinary, organized undertaking to archive fixed work results within the framework of predefined requirements and gernal conditions
DEFINITION PM and Phases

- application of knowledge/skills to meet stakeholders needs/expectations
Phases: inition, planning, execution, closure
Methodology: Waterfall
