What is reverse logistics?
the process in which a manufacturer systematically accepts previously shipped products or parts from the point of consumption for possible reuse, re-manufacture or disposal
What is IT?
the gathering, processing, storage, retrieval, display and communication of info or data, normally by means of microprocessor equipment
