What is reciprocation?
You fall back on rules that you already know
What is social validation?
People follow a group because it feels safe
What is authority?
People follow a leader so to convince people you should be a strong leader
What is consistency?
Be consistent through for example a pledge. This makes people want to stay around.
What is crafting a narrative?
A good story bring people on board. You should tell them the urgency of the problem, your vision, anticipates the doubts of people and elaborate solution
What is opportunity perception?
Some have an ‘alertness’ to recognize problems. Is for everyone different because everyone has different knowledge.
What is cognitive biases?
Everyone reacts different which can have a lot of reasons.
What is the effect of entrepreneurial creativity on our way of thinking?
It makes you more open minded
What are the 3 social research approaches?
- statistical analysis and modeling= primary and secondary data
- ethnographic= analyzing experience through fieldwork
- patterns, networks and relationships= exchange knowledge?
