new neruologic sins/symptoms lasting > 24 hours due to CNS demyelination dollowed by remission

Relapse remitting MS
A
- unpredictavle attacks - may or may not leave perminant defecits followed by periods of remission

Primary progressive MS
A
steady increaase in disability without attacaks

secondary proressive MS
A
- Initial relapsing-remitting MS that suddenly begins to have decline without periods of remission

Progressive relapsing MS
A
Steady decline since onset with superimposed attacks

Syndromes highly suggestive of MS
A
- Optic Neuritis
