What’s the difference between Health and Healthcare?

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or injury (WHO). Health enters people’s utility functions affecting both their quality of life and their life expectancy.

Meanwhile, healthcare is a commodity/good/service which mostly affects utility/happiness only through its effects on health.
