Retinoids:

  • Vitamin A analogues that normalise keratin function- highly teratogenic & cause dry skin/lips

Used in:

  • Acne
  • Psoriasis
  • Cutaneous T-Cell lymphoma
  • Hand eczema

Traditional immunosuppressants

Biologics (immunosuppressive)
