A
CYP2C9 reduced activity leads to a reduced metabolism with catastrophic consequences. Mutations of CYP2C9 cause people to create toxic levels of CYP and are anticoagulated.

Studied importance of a potential leucine rich nuclear export signal (NES) in the intracellular movement of cyclin E. Would need to synthesise a primer which contained the codon for a charged amino acid.
