  • Hypofibrinogenemia with active bleeding, risk of bleeding, or consumptive coagulopathy.
  • Functionally abnormal fibrinogen
  • Uremic bleeding not responsive to DDAVP
  • 2nd line for von-willebrand disease
  • 2nd line for hemophilia A
