Radiology-( MRI, Ultrasounds, CT, sialography, Isotope, PET, Plain)
Microbiology- Take a swab or biopsy

What are the red flags for H+N Lumps?
Rapid growth
effect on adjacent structures ( Nerves, airway)
Rosk factors (Age, smoking, FH)
Systemic features e.g weightloss
