False, a business should focus on low effort high strategic impact tasks. The business should make a project selection matrix to assist with making this decision.

What is an affinity diagram? Hint: Train example in lecture 2.
the grouping of data based on natural relationships. I.e the customers being dissatisfied with the railways may be due to trains being cancelled, trains running late. These may be a result of unreliable trains or infrastructure creating one group.
What is “cause and effect”?
This is where the relationship between 2 factors (or groups on an affinity diagram) are analyses to see which one is the cause and which one is the effect.
What is the benefit of a “cause and effect” analysis?
It helps find the root cause rather than the effect. SO that the root cause can be fixed.
What is a project charter?
The starting point for any continuous improvement project which include a clear description of the project and its objectives.
What should a problem statement contain?
Short statement of the current problem, including metrics and the period which it has been occurring for.
What does VoC stand for.
Voice of the customer.
What does CTQ stand for?
Critical to quality.
What does the Kano Model look like?/ Describe the Kano model?

A stakeholder analysis aim to get an understanding of the opinions of all of those who have invested in the company. True/False?
False. A stakeholder analysis aim to get an understanding of the opinions of all of those who have an interest in the company. Employees, Customer, Local Comunity etc. Note the difference between stakeholder and shareholder.
What tool could be used to collate information on stakeholder views.
