A
  1. Gather any existing info we already have. (previous job analyses/descriptions//use O*NET)
  2. Determine essential KSAOS
  3. Who will conduct the job analysis? (HR department, supervisors, internal task force, I/O psychologists)
  4. Which employees should participate (choices // potential differences)

Interview
Structured questionnaire (can be job-oriented or worker-oriented)
Direct observation (at least 2 watching) *
Work diary/logbook (could have dishonest answers) *
