Lecture 2 Flashcards

Q

What components are required to generate naive T lymphocytes?

A
  1. pluripotent stem cell (CD34+) differentiates into lymphoid progenitor cells
  2. IL-1,2,6,7 combine from dendritic cells to form the naive T cell
  3. naive T cell can then form CD4+ Th or CD8+ Tc
