A
  • Focal - Multifocal asymmetrical - Lobular (lobe of lung) - Patchy (Incomplete airspace filling with air filled region, opp = confluent) -> Central or symmetrical Distribution: Peripheral / central or perihilar, symmetrical or asymetrical
