A
- Find and clean matching cover, cope, and drag
- Ensure cast and denture fit
- Pour lower half of flask with stone and set cast in
- Separation medium, place cope, then second stone just above occlusal surfaces
- Third stone to fill cope, cover, and allow to set
- Boil out, separate flasks, then clean and dry
- Pack to 2000 pounds with full metal to metal contact
- Bench cure 1 hour before heat processing cycle,

Steps for deflasking
A
- Remove metal flask
- Remove excess plaster and stone
- Return stone casts to index plaster for articulating
- Lab remount to correct processing error (1 to 2 mm at guide pin)

Reduce cusp - high in centric and eccentric
