Doppler ultrasonography: what is it and what does it do?
A
?
Measures flow in the umbilical or uterine artery
3
Q
Uterine artery doppler
A
FTM:
High peak, notch then diastole
STM:
Same peak, higher notch and diastole
TTM:
Lower peak, increased diastole flow (no notch)
4

Increase in blood flow to the uterus

Caused by the uterine artery
Estrogen - estrone, estradiol, estriol (E1, E2, E3)
5
