The good developer
The good developer has a solid track
record and sound management skills. S/he takes a negotiated approach
with stakeholders in an attempt to satisfy their needs and concerns. This
developer manages to elicit flexibility from many parties.

has self-reflective and holistic outlooks
• supports ecologically sustainable development
• recognises macro and microeconomic principles
• acknowledges and accepts risk
• understands affect and values in a triple bottom line framework
• is oriented to pluralism, inter-personal, inter-areal and inter- generational
equity
• proactively consults stakeholders and the community
• is practical and innovative
• has a sense for preservation.
